The Front Shoulder cuts nicely into roasts, stew meat and ground. The Front Quarter also contains lots of Rib Steaks.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Hind Quarter is where more of the Grilling Steaks are found, including the T-Bones, Tenderloin and Top Sirloin.
