Garlic

Our garlic is harvested, cured and ready to add flavour to your home cooked meals. The variety we grow is Music, one of the favourites in the maritimes. A hard necked porcelain variety it is mild when cooked, sweet when baked and hot when eaten raw. 

Are you a lover of garlic? Buy in bulk and know your supply is secure. It is easy to store  garlic at home, keep it in a slightly cooler room (closet, spare bedroom) in a cardboard box as it likes to be dry and in the dark. The ideal temperature to store garlic is about 15–18°C. Keeps well for 6-8 months.
