- 20% grilling steak including combination of Rib Steak, T-Bone, Striploin and Tenderloin
- 20% boneless roasts (2-3 lbs each)

FAQ's
Are your meats fresh or frozen?
Our meat will come to you frozen. Unlike many frozen meats, that may have sat on the shelf and then frozen later as a last resort, all our meats are freshly frozen immediately at our local butcher.
How is the meat packaged?
The meat is vacuum packed to maintain it's freshness.
How much freezer space do I need?
A general rule of thumb is that you need 1 cubic foot of freezer space for every 20-25 lbs of meat.
