Customize your cuts and put healthy, pastured pork in the freezer to feed your family nutritious meals everyday. Want to choose how much ground you would like, or the size of your roasts, this is the best option for you.

Buying by the side or whole, means you pay based on the dressed weight (hanging weight before cutting up). Our pigs average approximately 100lbs dressed weight for a side which will give you 65- 80 lbs of meat to put in your freezer.

You haven't purchased this way before? No problem. Simply select a half or a whole and place in your cart. You will be charged a deposit. Then complete the form to choose your cuts from the options given. When your pork is ready, we will invoice you for the remaining payment based on the exact weight and cuts of your order and notify you regarding shipping or delivery. It's that easy!

Want to save even more! Here are some extra discounts that you may apply to your order.

3% off if paid by etransfer (not credit card)

5% off when packaged on trays/plastic wrap (instead of vacuum packed)

You will be able to mark which  discounts you would like applied on the Custom Order Form that will be filled out.

  • Our family has been enjoying the high quality meats and produce grown by the Bunnett Family Farm for almost a decade. Our entire family experienced an increase in wellbeing from choosing to eat Bunnett meats. We all love the flavour of naturally grown meats, but the most significant benefit was in our children. Our children react adversely to food additives, and when eating these grass fed and pastured meats, we quickly noticed a significant improvement in their digestion as well as a decrease in unwanted behaviours. - R&A Landry

  • We were very excited when we moved back to the Maritimes from Quebec that we were able to get our meat from Dave and Sandra. I love “knowing my farmer” and the care and knowledge that the Bunnett family put into raising their animals, their meat is healthier, and because it is much more nutrient dense a little goes a long way. We find your prices reasonable and the quality consistent and flavourful. - J Bartlett

  • I feel really good about getting my meat from Bunnett Green Meadows!  I love the way they raise their animals.  I believe I am getting clean meat from happy animals.  I see the respect and care that Sandra and Dave put into their work and to me, they are one of the few who are doing it right.  I love the fact that I can ask Sandra how to cook a piece of meat I’m not familiar with and I love getting lard to cook with!  I’m thrilled to have them as my main meat supplier and will continue to support them as long as they are around. - N Khosla

Bonus! The cookbook you need to eat the Whole Animal

The Grassfed Gourmet Cookbook is one of our favourites. It has amazing recipes for grassfed beef, pastured pork and pastured chicken. Our copy is tattered and falling apart, we have gained so many family favourites from this book.

FAQ's

Are your meats fresh or frozen?

Our meat will come to you frozen. Unlike many frozen meats, that may have sat on the shelf and then frozen later as a last resort, all our meats are freshly frozen immediately at our local butcher.

How is the meat packaged?

The meat is vacuum packed to maintain it's freshness.

How much freezer space do I need?

A general rule of thumb is that you need 1 cubic foot of freezer space for every 20-25 lbs of meat.
